Training Our Helpers

Our Filipino Partner

Our partner agency in the Philippines has been in the business for over 20 years. Deploying domestic, child, elderly and health care workers in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Canada.

With a philosophy of a fair, honest and legal deployment similar to ours, we are very pleased to be working together. We work hard to ensure the right worker, for the right employer with the right training and skills.

Training Philosophy

The basic principle of our training is to be prepared for real world situations.

We train our candidates to be prepared for what they would possibly face during their employment.

Training for your job

The true value of training is demonstrated in the real working environment. We make sure that our training is as close and relevant to your working environment as possible. The experience of our trainers, our flexibility, and dialogue with our workers are important tools.

Balance of theory and practical

Our training consists of both hands on practical as well as theory lessons. Every candidate is given a notebook for their own note taking during classes, the candidates are expected to carry their notebook to their place of employment for reference. Trainers go through these notebooks to ensure notes and points are accurate and to be sure candidates understand the lesson.
